Shutterfly Memories feature and email experience
Objectives & Challenges
Collaborated with development team in Haifa, Israel to deliver: redesigned email experience promoting feature to disengaged users and an updated memories feature on the website. Personalized emails highlight user uploaded photos. Emails were A/B tested for performance and engagement.
